We offer five-year warranty for our tubular motors or their mechanical parts and two years for electronic products or electronic parts on the motors.
Warranty since from the shipping date or invoice date.
Within the warranty period, we will call back the faulty products with the shipping cost collect for analyzing, if confirmed that it is of quality problem, we would compensate new ones free of charge and delivery in next delivery.
No warranty:
a) Damage caused by man-made or misuse;
b) parts subject to wear and tear
c) consumables such as bulbs, batteries and fuses.
